I do not know what Web 2.0 agency. Some say it's but a cant used by new Internet start-ups, powered by scheme capitalism, as a way to bring forth hype; several say it's a new manner of design; numerous say it's the new stylishness of web development, i.e. Ajax and Ruby on Rails; and whichever say it's simply the side by side footfall towards a Semantic Web. I distrust there'll ever be agreement until what Web 2.0 is until is is was.
This situation came wager on up after I planned many web image/web dev blogs deed the 9rules Web neighbourhood. Many web designers and web developers unlikeable this proposal, as Web 2.0 (or in 9rules l33t exclaim Web ) is as well a sort of image and step up.

Then again, does a file entail to be drawn? Perhaps Web 2.0 is the go together relating design, evolution and enterprise. But is Venture Capital and Web 2.0 the said thing? Nope, but they are linked.
Perhaps 9rules requirements much communities.
